This year's spring meeting took place in Munich and Nymphenburg in bright sunshine. The host was our member Georgia Wittmaack (Habit Arte).
On Friday the participants met for the city tour "Underground and Extravagant". Since Munich has relatively little original, historic building fabric to offer above ground due to war damage, the tour went to selected underground locations, such as the princely crypt of the Wittelsbach family or the old waterworks of the Residenz.
The well-deserved end of the day then took place at the Schlosswirtschaft Schwaig in Nymphenburg.
On Saturday morning, the general meeting with discussions on current topics took place and then we walked to the host, where an exciting lecture of your extraordinary planning projects with historical building materials awaited us. For refreshment we had Munich draft beer and a wonderful finger food buffet.
The company spent the afternoon in Nymphenburg Palace and Gardens on an entertaining, well-founded guided tour.
In the evening there was a convivial get-together in the "Hirschgarten" beer garden.
