For the 54th meeting, Thomas Knapp invited to his home in the Weserbergland this time, as he had done before in autumn 2013. On the weekend of May 17 to 19, colleagues from all parts of Germany came to Deensen and Holzminden. The proposal to book the "Weserhotel Schwager" as a conference venue was well received.

The meeting started formally on Friday evening with a general meeting followed by a joint dinner. The Saturday was then used in a more relaxed manner with a trip to the PS Speicher in Einbeck and a coffee afterwards in Thomas Knapp's branch office in Stadtoldendorf. Here the colleagues were welcomed with a selection of homemade cakes, some of which even had the KNAPP logo on them. (Thanks for this to the colleagues of the department "Sales and Administration")!

After everyone had been properly strengthened, we went on to visit the factory in Deensen, followed by an auction of all kinds of interesting historical objects offered by the other members of the association. A great end of the day was the joint suckling pig dinner at a long table in the company's own carpentry workshop.

The Sunday was then used once again for a meeting of the members, after which the colleagues made their way home.

Tour of Einbeck with PS storage

In the former Einbeck granary you will find more than one museum. Not only are over 400 vehicles on two, three and four wheels on display, but the objects are brought back to life in an adventure exhibition. Worth seeing!
